SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATION FACILITATOR & COACH
My passion is to help people and organisations uncover what may be holding them back – creating clarity, new perspectives and space for meaningful change.
I come from the business world – and I know what it means to navigate pressure, expectations, complex structures and constant change. For many years, I worked in the international automotive industry and experienced first-hand how much of our professional world is shaped by logic, strategy and measurable results.
But life taught me that not everything that shapes us can be understood through the rational mind. My own journey through a profound personal crisis opened the door to another dimension of awareness – one in which intuition, emotions and the dynamics beneath the surface also have a place.
Today, I bring these worlds together. I combine my business experience, extensive training and systemic perspective with an intuitive sensitivity for what may be present beneath the obvious. I know what it feels like to be at a low point in life, and I know how powerful it can be to have someone who can hold the space while you find your way forward.
When you work with me, you don't have to leave any part of yourself at the door. We can look at what is visible – and at what may be influencing you beneath the surface.

My Background
I bring more than 15 years of experience from the international automotive industry, together with extensive training in coaching and systemic constellation work. How I work
I combine analytical thinking, systemic perspective and intuitive perception. I listen closely, sense what may be happening beneath the surface and create a safe, grounded space in which new insights can emerge. My approach is practical, compassionate and focused on what can create meaningful movement and change.
