I am Christine Schultheis, a business consultant and intuitive coach, renowned for my remarkable ability to swiftly unearth sustainable solutions. Throughout my life, my aspiration has always been to engage with people. I hold the belief that every individual possesses a distinctive gift, a remarkable aptitude. Upon discovering this gift, one can infuse their life with a profound purpose. In this way, we contribute to enhancing our world. My intention has been to guide individuals in embracing their potential and living a life aligned with their authentic desires, particularly within the realm of their profession.

As a result, I pursued a degree in business administration and subsequently flourished as a highly accomplished leader in the fields of international sales and operations.

However, in 2008, my life underwent a profound transformation. An inflammation that went undetected nearly cost me my life, prompting me to reevaluate everything I had experienced thus far.

While seeking ways to navigate this transformative period, I stumbled upon constellation work in that very year. The initial workshop I attended left an indelible mark on me, sparking a growing interest. I delved deeper by immersing myself in literature, attending numerous courses, and gradually becoming more engaged. This journey ushered in a positive shift in my entire life. Regularly attending workshops became a part of my routine, and I became captivated by the profound impact that constellations could impart on individuals' lives.

Additionally, in my quest to further explore my inner self and my inherent abilities to directly assist and uplift others, I also ventured into becoming a practitioner of holistic TouchLife® massage.

Gaining a deeper understanding of an individual's operational perspective forms the foundation for implementing enduring solutions.

In 2014, I embarked on conducting one-on-one sessions in systemic constellations in collaboration with a seasoned and experienced facilitator of constellation work.

To deepen my comprehension of the human psyche and to gain a well-rounded perspective on various methodologies, I enrolled in a 13-month "Solution Focused Psychology Coaching" (ILP® - "Integrierte Lösungsorientierte Psychologie") training in 2016. This newly acquired awareness motivated me to fuse my expertise with the business realm, leading me to pursue an additional 9-month business coaching training.

I am captivated by the intricate dynamics that unfold when individuals come together, both within the business realm and in personal settings. What truly enthralls me is the discovery that solutions often emerge effortlessly once the underlying factors are brought to light.”

Navigating the profoundly transformative year of 2020 led me to ponder how I could be of assistance to others facing similar challenges. It was during this time that I made the resolute decision to pursue my passion and establish my own full-time business, devoted to aiding individuals in successfully maneuvering through periods of change.
