In the 1990s, German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger pioneered the "family constellation work method." He uncovered a fundamental life order capable of influencing all members within a "family" system. Since its inception, this "constellation work" approach has evolved significantly and is now applied across various contexts and purposes.
Systemic Constellations offer a path to liberate yourself from inherited, unwanted emotional burdens and facilitate the transformation of unhealthy dynamics. In a business context, they serve to dissect intricate issues and generate enduring solutions efficiently. This process involves intuitive sensing and emotional attunement, delving into the fundamental dynamics constraining progress. By unveiling concealed obstacles within our systems, we can embrace liberation and empowerment, allowing for the emergence of healing.
We are all integral components of various systems: our birth family, the sports club we engage with, our professional setting, the local community we reside in, our children's school, and numerous others. Within each of these systems, distinct dynamics, energies, and established patterns exist. REMOTE SESSIONS OVER ZOOM

When working with individuals, I offer either one-on-one or group sessions, providing clients the opportunity to examine their issues within a collective setting.
One-on-one remote sessions are typically conducted through Zoom. For clients in proximity, in-person one-on-one sessions are held at my practice. On average, a session lasts between 60 to 80 minutes, depending on the topic.
Before each session, I ensure the space is prepared and cleansed to ensure smooth energy flow. Post-session, I cleanse the space once again. If desired, sessions can be recorded for future listening.

ACTIVE PARTICIPANT or REPRESENTATIVE
A group session offers a personal and intimate environment where individuals can examine their challenges within a supportive collective. Participation in a group workshop can occur in two ways: as an active participant or as a representative.
As an active participant, you delve into a personal issue or problem with the group's assistance. Representatives from the group embody various roles related to the issue, giving voice to distinct characters and system members. Through their expressions, actions, and interactions, hidden dynamics and connections become evident. This process bestows upon the individual a fresh, unfiltered understanding of the situation.
As a representative, you undertake a role representing an issue without exploring your personal matter during the constellation. Nevertheless, even as a representative, involvement in a group constellation can be profoundly transformative. Often, your own concerns can be addressed and resolved on a subconscious level.
In my role as the facilitator, I guide the representatives throughout the session, following the energies that emerge, ultimately seeking a resolution tailored to the individual.
