The participation fee for your constellation is 100 Euros.

The participation fee as a representative is 40 Euros.

For active participants, it's beneficial to have some information about their family system ready, such as: Are there instances of stillbirths, miscarriages, or abortions among their siblings or the parents' siblings? Has anyone lost their parents at an early age? Were either of the parents previously engaged or married? Are or were there any illegitimate children in the family? Has a family member been a victim or perpetrator? Were there instances of expulsion from their homeland? Has anyone suffered the fate of death in war or experienced other challenging circumstances?

What this retreat is about

This retreat is for women who find themselves at an inner turning point.
A point where it is clear that something needs to change – and yet everyday life and the rational mind no longer provide answers.

In a protected setting, far away from the familiar environment, space opens to reconnect with what already exists within you. Often the answers are already there – we have simply lost touch with them.

These days invite you to pause, to feel, and to come closer to yourself again.

The experiential space

We will work together within the group field. Each woman brings the topic that is currently moving her most deeply or calling for clarity.

I guide the processes through systemic constellation work, group exercises, and shared moments of reflection. The group acts as a space of resonance and support – not as an audience.

One day will be dedicated to a longer guided hike. Moving through nature, walking, and embracing a physical challenge support the inner process and help you reconnect with your own inner sensing.

Location & setting

We will spend these days in a simple, lovingly renovated alpine hut in complete seclusion in the Pinzgau region of Austria, at an altitude of 1,755 meters, surrounded by nature.

The hut cannot be reached by car; the ascent is on foot. Transportation of luggage on arrival and departure will be organized. Accommodation is in shared double rooms.

For these days we will live closely together – both indoors and outdoors. The simplicity of the place supports the process of focusing on what truly matters.

The hut owner and his wife provide half board. Breakfast and dinner will be prepared and made available on site. The meals are warmed up and served together.

Each member of a family system has a right of belonging. Whether we know about it or not. Whether we believe in it or not.  This is non-negotiable.
